Pooky, Pooky Tories...

I just thought I'd remind everyone that Sleepy Hollow: Tales By Firelight (the show I'm both directing and acting in) will be performing at the Lime Kiln Theatre Oct. 26-28 (that's next Thursday through Saturday). The shows start at 7pm and are "pay what you will." There will be a big bonfire where kids can sit around and drink hot chocolate. It'll be lots of fun. It's a story-telling show that's highly interactive...It's a bit silly, but fun nonetheless! (and did i mention that it's free...or that at least there's no fee at the door. we'll be accepting donations-but that's all up to you!)
We just got back from Floyd County where we performed to a nearly sold-out audience. They loved it! After the show there were lots of little kids who wanted our autographs! Tee-hee.
For a look at the theatre go to: http://www.theateratlimekiln.com/

It's pretty cool...kindda scary...definitely atmospheric...

Do you have any posters or anything that I can put up at SVU?

We're trying to get some extra ones from Lime Kiln-they're in charge of all of the publicity. We might have to make up some of our own...their poster for us is on the website-though the quality isn't great. I'll see what I can do. I want to put posters up in Staunton and Waynesboro, too...

see...there are no promises when you come to a show about the headless horseman (muh-ha-ha...)....
only a promise that a certain "Ring of Fire" will be sung (and expected to be song-along to) during pre-show. It's my little ode the the fam...

I hope you guys can make it! It's a fun show!

oh yeah. i forgot to mention, celeste, that you will be reprising the cousin's rendition of "ring of fire" for the preshow. I'll make sure to have some bandanas ready.
