The Arizona Larsens have been introduced and adopted a new NEW YEAR'S DAY tradition--THE POLAR BEAR PLUNGE!!!! Eventhough we are in the Desert, temperatures have been below freezing for the last couple of weeks and the water temp in the pool was an inviting 46 degrees!!!
The idea behind the plunge is simple, if you can overcome your fears and resistance of doing the hard stuff, then the rest of the year will go easier for you. Wade and Jace did the challange!!! Jace was the only kid to do it twice!!!!
I didn't want to do it, I knew there would be shrinkage!!!
