On Thursday, June 12, 2008, a member of Nana & Papa's ward let us come over for a picnic. Ed Walker lives on a farm about 1/2 an hour away from Nana & Papa. He owns 29 cows and 29 calves, 16 of which have pink eye. Our picnic was a blast! Papa took the kids a few hours early to go fishing. Then, everybody else came with food for the picnic. We fished, we canoed, and we had fun. Celeste caught a fish, Maddie caught one, Christian caught two, Drew caught one, and Lesley caught a tree. Aimee caught "catapults" a.k.a. tadpoles. It was a good time.
Hayes has some more pictures of Peaks of Otter and Ed Walker's farm if you want to see more.
