Bringing Down the Gingerbread House...

Last night, the Annapolis Larsens got to hang out with the "other" Maryland Larsens. We had a blast! From playing video games with Ben, parousing YouTube with Emily, or Audrey and Aimee playing Pretty, Pretty Princess, it was a hoot.

Also, courtesy of Courtney, we had some gingerbread houses to make. So, in the normal Larsen pomp and flair, each kid got to tackle the family tradition.

Their results are above. From the top left: Audrey's House (with some wonderful glitter work); Ben's House (going for the "destructo" feng shui); Emily's Entry (very creative...she had the best roof); BOTTOM LEFT: Aimee's house (with yots and yots of yifesavers); and Chris' house (with the open roof, he wanted people to see his Santa and Christmas tree).

Here are some action shots:

Chris and Emily busily worked on their houses...

Ben's maniacal creation. I can still hear him saying, "it's alive! IT'S ALIVE!!!!"

Candy was spilt (poor red hots)!

Aimee's house broke...

Audrey struck a pose...(Blue Steel style)

Aimee's house was remodeled...

Ben's creation ruled...

Audrey was all smiles...

And, there was overall "peace" on earth...

It was a lot of fun. Thanks Fred and Court!!!!

Y'all had gingerbread houses, life savers and red hots. Lucky! (ala Napoleon Dynamite).

Looks like you had a good time!
