Sorry that it has taken me so long to post about my wonderful trip to Ireland. For those who don't know, my Dad took me on a trip through Ireland the first week of June. We flew into Dublin spent the day there, did a bus tour and walked downtown that day. That night we went to Legends of Irish Folk Music concert. My dad in front of St. Patrick's Cathedral, never mind the crazy lady...
Me in front of one of the many famous "Georgian" doors of Dublin.
The next day we drove south along the coast and stopped off at the Avoca Handweaving shop (had an AMAZING lunch) and toured the Waterford Crystal factory.
The next morning we woke up early to go to Blarney Castle, where I kissed the Blarney stone. I am now eloquent, can't you tell...
The next day we drove the "Ring of Kerry" southwest Ireland, quite an experience. The road you see on the side of the mountain was wide enough for one vehicle. If a bus or truck came you actually had to pull off the road and stop (not for the weak stomached passengers)!
Then we drove up to the Cliffs of Moher, where my grandpa Paul O'Loughlin said his parents were raised. So foggy it was barely visible.

Wow, Celeste! It looks like you had a great time! I'm so glad that you got to do that with your dad! I vote for the next family reunion to be in IRELAND!
I think Nana would agree with me!
